I want to invite your business to join us for our 1st annual outdoor jamboree we’re calling SUMMERBASH. This one day events proceeds will go directly to The New Horizons shelter in

Manchester, NH. The events date is Sunday July 29, 2012 on the property here at 4 Essex Dr. Raymond, NH., 11AM until dusk.

We are looking for area restaurants, meat markets, beer companies, wine companies, family recreation centers and all other local businesses that feel like they can help grow their company while helping raise money for the communities needs. Our goal is to rejuvenate the fair type atmosphere with good old fashion family fun. Our feature will be specialty beers, wines, meats and prepared foods such as BBQ, Cajun, Indian, Mexican, SEAFOOD and much more. We are also inviting local area clubs that could promote their services to all that attend. We have extended an invitation to several of the areas best local bands and will confirm at least 3 to provide some entertainment to the venue as well. Our hope is to attract somewhere around 20 vendors sharing and selling their products and services to the hundreds of guests that attend the day’s festivities.

We are charging vendors a $100 fee for an 8 X 12 area to setup your display, tent, booth or kitchen. We will provide limited electric for those that may need it. Our attendees will also be charged $10 fee that combined with vendor fees could raise a nice amount that will go directly to The New Horizons. It will be an all around GREAT time especially if you’re joining us. I would like to have all our vendors on board by June 1st, for advertising and radio promotional spots. If you think this is something that your company ill help support, then you can help me attract guests and provide a COOL time. Please get in touch with me to hold your spot. My email is and my phone is 603-895-9501

Again thank you for your time…
